City Church is a Bible-based Kingdom Community, living out the present truths of God's working in the earth. We believe in the biblical standard for personal transformation and a clear demonstration of kingdom life, kingdom community and spiritual maturity found only in Jesus Christ.

We highly vaue our gathering together to worship God and to hear His Word, emphasizing the outworking of scripture into a practical lifestyle. We also value and uphold equality, brotherhood, mutual care and one-ness of life regardless of ethnicity, nationality or economic status.

City Church is joined to thousands of churches worldwide inside of the Kingdom Community Network of Congress WBN, a unique faith-based organization operating in over 105 nations and six continents.

CORE BELIEFS

Authority of the Scriptures
The Bible is the inspired Word of God.
​
The Trinity
There is one God and He exists in three persons (The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit).
​
Mankind
It was made in God's image, but is now lost in sin.
​
Jesus Christ
He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. He was born of a virgin, died for our redemption, and resurrected to give us new life.

The Holy Spirit
He resides in every believer, leads us into truth and Christlikeness, and provides the gifts and graces to the Church, fulfilling the purposes of God.

The Church
The Body of Christ consists of every believer, and is journeying towards the restoration of all truth.

Apostles & Prophets
They have been tasked by God to proclaim Biblical revelation and wisdom and to build God-ordained structures into the church.

Leadership
God established the five-fold ministry (Eph 4:11) and elders to lead the Church according to Biblical principles and to be exemplary in lifestyle.

Community
Believers are called to live within a community in covenantal relationship, governance, shared purpose, transparency, and servant hood.
​
The Finish
The end of the Church's journey is to be conformed to the character of Jesus Christ followed by His literal, personal return.
